To glorify the Gods

Posted in Netjeru at 1:17 pm by

In the spring of 2011, before my finances turned a bit rocky, I got extravagant and commissioned a set of bronze statues of the Seven Arrows of Bast. I received the finished works back in June, but I haven’t taken any pictures of them yet that are good enough to share. However, this morning I discovered that the sculptor has put pictures of them up on her portfolio site: Lena Toritch: Rare Images of Egyptian Gods and Goddesses. (She doesn’t have close-ups of Heru-hekenu and Khonsu-Heru, but you can see all the others.)

Hail and praise to the Seven Arrows of Bast! Nekhtet!
