I Peret 20

An offering which the King gives: turkey pepperoni, assorted cheeses, crackers, apple juice, and dried figs for Bast of Nekhen Saut-sen Iryt Ra.

To focus on one single thing at a time. To focus on the moment. The bowl of natron water cradled in both hands, its weight, the subtle shifting of liquid as each breath rises and falls. Breathe the stillness, the silence, the mental hush — this instant whole and complete, without dread or anticipation of either past or future.

Hail to You, Bast, on the day of Your holy procession. May You bless us with Your peace.

Today’s incense: amber

Dua Bast!
