Rising in gold, O Ra,
Rising in glory,
Great in the eastern sky,
Awakening the world.

Born from the womb of Nut,
Born in great splendor,
Transfiguring the night,
Welcoming us to life.

O Ra, guard us!
O Ra, guide us!
O Ra, keep us
in Your loving gaze!
